The area is lively yet well maintained, with pedestrian paths, waterfront views, and easy access to everything guests typically need during their stay. To comply with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) regulations, all guests are required to complete a quick external form through our secure software before check-in, to verify your identity. You may check in at our standard check-in time (3 PM onwards). Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per room per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. We fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 800 AED fee for late check out. The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings.
🚭 No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A minimum cleaning fee of AED 1,800 will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking inside the house or on the balcony. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas (if applicable). Please be mindful of our non-smoking policy. 🎉 No Parties or Events Our home is meant for peaceful and relaxing stays. Hosting parties or events, whether large or small, is not permitted. Any gatherings that exceed the number of registered guests will be subject to immediate termination of the booking and possible penalties. 🤫 Respect Quiet Hours To ensure all guests have a relaxing environment, please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially in shared or communal spaces. Please respect the neighbors and other residents in the area. ⏰ Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Check-out time is strictly at 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a penalty of one night’s rate plus an additional AED 500 to cover the cost of cleaning and rebooking. If you need a later check-out, please reach out in advance to see if arrangements can be made. 🏡 Respect for Property & Neighbors Please treat our home with care and respect. Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately so we can resolve them before the next guest arrives. If any damage occurs, the cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit. Be considerate of our neighbors by keeping noise levels low and following any building rules or community guidelines. 🧹 Cleaning & Housekeeping We expect all guests to maintain cleanliness during their stay. Please dispose of trash in the designated bins and follow any specific instructions for waste disposal or recycling. At check-out, please leave the property in a similar condition to how you found it. Any additional cleaning required after your departure will result in extra charges. 🔑 Keep Access and Parking Cards Safe All access and parking cards are provided for your convenience. Please ensure that they are kept safe throughout your stay. A replacement fee of AED 500 will be charged for any lost or damaged cards.
